                                                        AFFIDAVIT

       

        I, Abdul Ali S/O Ali Ahammad of Durgapur, PS.Sonamura, Dist. Sepahijala Tripura, aged about 41 years, by Cast-Muslim, by profession-Day labor, a citizen of India, do hereby declare and affirm on oath as follows:-                                                    

1)  That, I am the owner of Vehicle bearing Registration No TR07A-8066, Engine No. JA06ERHGe2563, Chassis No.MBLJAS057HGE07599, I have sold out the said vehicle due to financial deplorable condition in favor of Jakir Hossain S/o Suya Mia of jarjaria, P.s. Melaghar, Dist. Sepahijala Tripura.                                                                                  

2)  That the said vehicle is not involved in any accident case in any court till today.

3)  That, I have no objection for issuance Registration Certificate in favor of Jakir Hossain S/o Suya Mia of jarjaria, P.s. Melaghar, Dist. Sepahijala Tripura.

4)  That, I have handed over the said vehicle dt.29/12/2018 A/D to Jakir Hossain S/o Suya Mia of jarjaria, P.s. Melaghar, Dist. Sepahijala Tripura for obtaining Registration Certificate in the said vehicle to the competent authority in due time.

                                                                                                These are true to my knowledge
